Will Smith will be turning his COVID-19 Isolation journey into a 12-part Snapchat series called Will From Home.
And if the I am Legend star’s at home Instagram antics are anything to go by, we may be in for a treat. Setting up shop in his garage – which Willow and Jaden let him use according to Will’s new theme tune – the 51-year-old will be documenting his escapades during quarantine, catching up with members of the Smith family and sitting down with celebrities such as Tyra Banks and Joyner Lucas. As well as the odd Snapchat filtered post, Will will also be catching up with members of the public who are following social distancing guidelines from their homes too.
In his first episode, which dropped on Friday April 3, Will is seen preparing his new home studio and producing the new theme tune for his series which sounds strangely familiar.
The father-of-three also teases snippets of upcoming interviews including a conversation with supermodel Tyra Banks and the removal of a rather interesting statue of Jaden that was blocking his Men In Black poster.
Will From Home is part of Snapchat’s response to the global pandemic, with their Discover page acting as a dedicated section of the app for coronavirus-related news and updates as well as entertainment.
He added: ‘The kinds of things that the community wants are things that are positive, that feel empowering. It’s not just about escapism but it’s about actually what is the good that can come of a challenging moment in time. ‘Will From Home fits perfectly with that’. Will From Home will stream new episodes on Snapchat on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
